Arjuna George CEC, CTMP, CCS, CWS - a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in management and leadership positions. Arjuna has recently transitioned from emergency services to executive coaching and consulting, leveraging his extensive experience to help individuals grow and prosper personally and professionally. Arjuna retired from the Fire Service in 2021 after 24 years of exemplary service. His encore career now focuses on Chief Fire Officers and emerging leaders who want to master their stress and become more resilient. With a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining good health and wellness, Arjuna's motto is: "Healthy Hire – Healthy Career – Healthy Retire." Having personally faced occupational burnout, Arjuna has developed several powerful, life-changing tools to help others master stress. Through his coaching, his goal is to bring back more awareness of the human side of the business and help high-performing leaders excel in life and work. Arjuna is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) through Royal Roads University (Graduate 2022) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). He is also certified as a Functional Imagery coach, resilience coach, sleep coach, brain fitness coach, and stress management coach. Arjuna takes a holistic approach to coaching, treating the body and mind as a unit to help his clients live their best lives. He helps individuals transition to other careers, master stress, and become more resilient. In addition to his coaching work, Arjuna volunteers his time to several organizations, including the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs as a committee member of the Human Factors Committee, Badge of Life Canada as a Peer Support Leader, and Leadership Vancouver Island (LVI) as a volunteer Leadership coach.
